Reboot Monkey in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role to support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities. The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, expert cabling (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber), rack and stack, power distribution knowledge, and strong documentation and communication.

On-call nights/weekends, health/dental/vision, PTO, and certification sponsorship are offered.

Competenze

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills: Cat6/6a and OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

€42,000-55,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
