Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician in Latina, Italy. This full-time on-site role supports critical infrastructure in world-class facilities, with standard hours and on-call rotation.

You will install, configure, and maintain server gear, perform structured cabling, and manage assets and logs to ensure uptime. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills, and relevant certifications.

Competenze

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Experience with structured cabling and naming conventions preferred.
• Certifications in data center hardware or networking are a plus.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions; provide logs.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.

Compensation & Benefits

€42,000-55,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissionsProvide a detailed and accurate logs.<
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
• Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) - preferred
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferred
• Network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) - preferred
• Experience with DCIM platforms - preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL practices - preferred
