Reboot Monkey in Brescia, Italy is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure on-site as a freelance role. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, manage cabling, and monitor power, cooling, and security systems.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong documentation skills, and experience with DCIM platforms. Certification and vendor certifications are preferred, and physical strength is needed.

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Experience with rack and stack operations and power distribution.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• On-call readiness and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

About The Role

Join our team as a Data Center Technician in Brescia, Italy. This is a freelance, on-site position where you'll support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

€42,000-55,000/year (EUR annual)

Work Schedule

• Freelance permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
