Job summary

Amazon Data Services Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Controls Engineer to deploy, maintain, and commission BMS and EPMS in AWS data centers. You will coordinate with AWS DCEO teams to ensure high availability and resiliency of control systems across global clusters.

The role requires a background in electrical/mechanical engineering, with experience in power management, control diagrams, and project management. On-site work across Italian data centers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required.
• Experience taking designs from exploration to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Understand electrical diagrams, building operations, and control systems.
• Develop control panel BOMs and ISA data sheets for instruments.
• Read and interpret specifications and implement them in the work environment.
• Coordinate project work to ensure on-time completion within budget.
