Vaultica seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of data center infrastructure in Siziano (Lombardy). You will coordinate development and construction activities, manage contractors, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost alignment.

Reporting to the Regional Construction Manager, you will collaborate with design teams, supply chain, and operations to hand over facilities that meet Vaultica standards and operational needs.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain accurate construction progress reports with risk management and schedule updates.
• Follow-up on construction works and attend design/construction and commissioning meetings.
• Oversee onsite and offsite constructions ensuring compliance with design, client expectations, safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Safety department on technical, operative, and organizational activities per Spanish law and best practices.
• Collaborate with design teams and participate in design and pre-construction phases; ensure timely issuance of deliverables.
• Understand the supply chain for the project and liaise with vendors, GCs, subcontractors, and Clerk of Works.
• Identify and manage project risks with clear mitigation strategies and proactive problem solving.
• Track costs, change orders, and assist on contractual claims with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EMEA peers to align delivery methodology.
• Lead construction and site coordination meetings, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication.
• Ensure close-out documentation and handover to Operations, integrating IT/Network requirements.
