Una società tecnologica leader in Italia cerca un Data & Analytics Engineer per sviluppare soluzioni analitiche e gestire flussi di dati per 2.5 milioni di clienti. La posizione richiede almeno 4 anni di esperienza, conoscenze di SQL e strumenti BI come Power BI. L'ambiente di lavoro è ibrido e flessibile, con un focus sulla crescita professionale e sul benessere dei dipendenti. La sede è a Padova e Milano.

We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of Data and Analytics Engineering with the aim of mastering modern data platforms and analytics architectures while delivering high-impact solutions on large-scale data ecosystems.In particular, you will be responsible for:* Development of Analytics solutions for 2.5 million customers.* Development of data integration and transformation flows (ETL/ELT) on the Databricks platform.* Creation of KPIs, metrics, and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.* Configuration and integration of “*chat with your data*” solutions based on agentic AI.* Working in a domain team with cross-functional profiles (tech, data, business).* At least 4 years of experience in the role;* Good knowledge of SQL and data lake technologies;* Experience in developing and managing data flows;* Data analysis skills and KPI definition;* Knowledge of at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar);* Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).**Nice to have:*** Degree in STEM disciplines;* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Terraform;* Knowledge of Spark and Spark Streaming;* Data transformation in Python (Pandas, Polars).**growth mindset** and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities.• **ENTREPRENEURSHIP** - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
