Shimano Europe Group in Lombardy is offering a Marketing Trainee internship to support marketing and commercial initiatives across brands and sales channels. You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to assist in activities that boost customer engagement, growth and brand visibility.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing or related field, with a passion for cycling, strong data skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Strong passion for cycling and bicycle industry.
• Analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with reports, data analysis and performance tracking.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn; good Italian and English communication.

Mansioni

• Preparing, updating and analyzing sales performance reports, market data and business insights to support marketing and commercial decision-making.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and helping identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across sales channels and brands.
• Assisting in the creation, adaptation and update of marketing and sales materials such as presentations, catalogues, product information, campaign assets and other communication tools.
• Providing day-to-day support for marketing initiatives, product launches and commercial activities across Shimano's brands.
• Supporting the planning and execution of B2B marketing activities, including newsletters, promotional campaigns and digital communications through our e-commerce platform.
