Lactalis Italia is seeking a recent graduate to join the LES Marketing team as an Intern in Milan. You will support the LES Marketing Director and assist across diary categories, tracking performance and monitoring launches across LES countries.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Economics, Marketing, or Communications, with strong English and awareness of Italian (French helpful). The role emphasizes autonomy, curiosity, and proactive collaboration within a 6-month internship.

Competenze

• Recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, or Communication.
• English proficiency is a must; Italian and French would be helpful.
• Preference for someone with international experience and strong analytical mindset.
• Well organized and able to work autonomously; good relational skills.
• Curious and proactive approach is valued.

Mansioni

• Track brand performance (sell in/sell out) and key diary segments across LES countries.
• Monitor the launch of new products and communications from key competitors in the zone.
• Contribute to the development of innovation concepts and products.
• Manage daily requests from country teams and coordinate with the LES Marketing Director.
• Facilitate rollout of best-practice initiatives (innovation, communication, digital, etc.).
