OTB Group is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join the IT Corporate Department within Infrastructure & Operations. You will lead the security team, set standards, and drive threat detection, incident response, and remediation across Windows, UNIX, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and European guidelines, while maintaining a balance between risk management and business priorities.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Cyber Security with leadership experience.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and ATT&CK frameworks.
• Knowledge of NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001 and related standards.

Mansioni

• Coordinate Security Team members across security domains.
• Oversee configuration, patching, and monitoring of security tools.
• Define security standards for IT systems and cloud environments.
• Detect, respond to incidents, and gather evidence for remediation.
• Interact with external SOC and implement recommended actions.
• Support cybersecurity strategy aligned with risk and business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with major regulatory regimes and third-party risk assessments.
