Datalogic is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and strengthen the company's cyber security posture across IT, OT, cloud, and product initiatives. You will define security standards, policies, and roadmaps, embedding security into projects and vendor management while collaborating with R&D to promote secure-by-design practices.

You will oversee global security operations, risk management, audits, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and GDPR.

Competenze

• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in cybersecurity in software/tech/manufacturing.
• Experience leading cyber security globally.
• Strong communication and governance skills.

Mansioni

• Own and evolve the global cyber security roadmap, priorities, KPIs, investments, and risk reduction.
• Support CIO in defining security strategy, budget and executive reporting.
• Develop and enforce global security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee security across servers, endpoints, networks, cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Lead incident response governance, escalation, post‑incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Oversee SOC and SIEM services, improving monitoring and reporting.
• Strengthen identity and privileged access management, access reviews and recertification.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance and R&D to secure OT and product development.
