Dematic is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive security across our OT systems in the EMEA region, embedding ISA/IEC 62443 and proving regulatory conformity.

You will translate regulations into engineering requirements, coordinate with project teams, and produce security documentation for bids and live projects.

Travel up to 25% and fluent English are required to succeed in this global role within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial automation.
• Working knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230; NIS2 awareness.
• Experience in embedding cybersecurity into project/engineering lifecycle.

• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, auditable OT engineering requirements.
• Maintain readiness for CRA and Machinery Regulation milestones.
• Demonstrate system-level conformity and close integration gaps.
• Embed security into project lifecycle from design to handover, including FAT/SAT.
• Produce security documentation and risk assessments for bids and live projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, customers and suppliers on OT security expectations.
• Support audits and build Dematic's OT cybersecurity capability at scale.
