Maersk Customs Services is seeking a highly motivated Customs Process Administrator to join the team in Genova. You will prepare import/export/transit customs declarations and communicate with clients to resolve inquiries, using tools like TRINET and MS Teams daily.

The role requires at least 1 year of customs declarant experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong English plus local language skills. A fixed-term contract of 12 months is offered with a competitive salary and benefits.

Are you ready to play your part in this? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customs Process Administrator to join our diverse and skilled team at Maersk. As a Customs Operations Associate, you will be responsible for preparing import/export/transit customs declarations, communicating with clients, and resolving customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare import/export/transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS, and NCTS)
  • Work daily in TRINET, MS Teams, MS Office
  • Communicate with clients via MS Teams, telephone, and email
  • Resolve customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience as a customs declarant
  • Preferably an authorized customs representative with a valid professional exam
  • Good knowledge of computer software (MS Office)
  • Full professional proficiency in English and local language
  • Communicative, accurate, and tidy
  • Desire for learning and teamwork
