Maersk Customs Services is seeking a highly motivated Customs Process Administrator to join the team in Genova. You will prepare import/export/transit customs declarations and communicate with clients to resolve inquiries, using tools like TRINET and MS Teams daily.

The role requires at least 1 year of customs declarant experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong English plus local language skills. A fixed-term contract of 12 months is offered with a competitive salary and benefits.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of work experience as a customs declarant.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Full professional proficiency in English and local language.

Mansioni

• Prepare import/export/transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS, and NCTS).
• Work daily in TRINET, MS Teams, MS Office.
• Communicate with clients via MS Teams, telephone, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries.
