CBT in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist a global social platform. The relocation package includes flight, accommodation, utilities, and onboarding support.

You will respond to Italian-speaking users via email, chat and tickets, resolve account access issues, and provide empathetic, professional support. Join an international team in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary with Company Accommodation: €1,040.68 gross/month (Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas/Holiday bonuses + your apartment & utilities fully covered!)
• Salary without Company Accommodation: €1,240.17 gross/month (If you prefer finding your own flat)
• Paid Training Period: €92.80/week during the 10-day initial training (in English).
