CBTalents.org is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Italian speaker) to join our Lisbon team. Relocation package included, with flight, accommodation, bills, and paperwork fully covered. The role focuses on assisting Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and tickets in a lively international setting.

You will provide account guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth, empathetic customer experience. A 40h/week rotational shift and EU work authorization are required.

Contract: Full-time | Rotational Shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Salary with Company Accommodation: €1,040.68 gross/month (Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas/Holiday bonuses + your apartment & utilities fully covered!)
• Salary without Company Accommodation: €1,240.17 gross/month (If you prefer finding your own flat)
• Paid Training Period: €92.80/week during the 10-day initial training (in English).

Who We Are Looking For

• Native / Fluent Italian (C2) with good working English (B2) for training and internal communication.

• Ready to work in a 40h/week rotational shift model (Monday–Sunday).
• Valid EU passport or existing work authorization for Portugal.
