CBT in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist. Join an international team supporting a major social platform. Relocation package covers flight, furnished accommodation, bills, and paperwork.

You will handle Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets, guiding account access and feature inquiries with empathy and professionalism. The role offers a 40-hour week in a rotational shift model and training in English.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary with Company Accommodation: €1,040.68 gross/month (Base salary + meal allowance + Christmas/Holiday bonuses + your apartment & utilities fully covered!)
• Salary without Company Accommodation: €1,240.17 gross/month (If you prefer finding your own flat)
• Paid Training Period: €92.80/week during the 10-day initial training (in English).
