CBTalents.org is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Italian Speaker) to assist Italian-speaking users from Lisbon, Portugal. The role offers a full relocation package and a 40-hour work week in a dynamic tech environment.

Two compensation options are provided: €1,040.68 gross/month with company accommodation or €1,240.17 gross/month without accommodation, plus a training period and private health insurance. Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required.

• Assist Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and support tickets.
• Guide users with account access, feature inquiries, and platform troubleshooting.
