We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Team Lead for the Italian market (m/f/d), based in Milan, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.

Your role in BizAway

As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives.

Your main responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team of CSEs, supporting their personal and professional growth
  • Oversee the customer journey delivered by your team, from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion; ensuring clients maximize value from BizAway
  • Drive commercial success by supporting upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiations
  • Monitor client health and team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce
  • Anticipate renewal risks, design mitigation plans, and secure contract renewals
  • Collaborate with Support, Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Your basic qualifications
  • You have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)
  • You have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth
  • You are commercially minded with experience in upselling and contract negotiations
  • You are confident using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and dashboards to track KPIs
  • You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
