Ingram Micro is actively seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Fortinet in Milano to drive partner growth and maximize value from Fortinet solutions. You will recruit, onboard, and develop partners within the Fortinet ecosystem while promoting programs and trainings.
You will generate opportunities, manage the partner pipeline, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute growth plans, monitor performance, and gather market insights to shape business development strategies.

As a Customer Success Specialist – Fortinet, you will support the growth of our Fortinet business by developing partner relationships, generating new opportunities, and helping partners maximize the value of Fortinet solutions, programs, and services.

Salary Range: The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 38,000.

Compensation and grading will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) and are subject to periodic review based on performance and business needs.
