Pillar, founded in 2025, is building the operating system for construction and expanding internationally. We are seeking an early-career professional who loves talking to customers, solving problems and understanding why things happen.

You will join our Customer Success team in Milan or Barcelona, handling onboarding, engagement and portfolio management with real customers from day one. You will sign an internship contract at 800 €/month, with real responsibility from day one.

Competenze

• No prior experience required; attitude matters more.
• You should enjoy talking to people and asking good questions.
• You enjoy solving problems and helping customers find solutions.
• You are comfortable picking up the phone and communicating clearly.

Mansioni

• Help new customers get started with Pillar.
• Monitor customer activity and spot when something is not working.
• Proactively contact customers who are becoming less active.
• Understand why customers are stuck and help them get back on track.
• Support customers throughout their Pillar journey.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product.
