Job summary

Lexroom is shaping the future of legal AI. We are seeking a CS Enablement specialist to own onboarding programs across SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise, design content, deliver training, and measure impact with clear success metrics.

You will deliver hands-on training, develop client education materials with the Legal Engineering team, and collaborate with CS leaders to scale our Italian market. This hybrid role is based in Milan with stock options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Coaching in fast-paced B2B SaaS/tech/consulting.
• Strong PMO mindset: turn needs into structured plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines.
• Able to present publicly and work in detail on processes, content, and metrics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Highly hands-on and execution-driven: participate in calls, analyze numbers, iterate.
• Languages: Italian and English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding program across SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise and define goals and metrics.
• Deliver training modules on onboarding, discovery, demos, objections, and pipeline management.
• Create client education content for independent learning with the Legal Engineering team.
• Keep training playbooks, scripts, templates up to date with product and market.
• Partner with CS Managers to ensure training is applied in real scenarios.
• Align the Academy with global initiatives and export Italian best practices.
