ACMA, a Coesia company, based in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Customer Service Sales Engineer to strengthen the sales and service interface for packaging machinery.

You will manage sales opportunities across geographies, coordinate cross-functional CS projects from offer to order and delivery, ensure margins, and drive continuous improvement within CS.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales roles.
• Understanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery is preferred.
• Customer orientation and a service mindset are essential.
• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.

About the Role

The Customer Service Sales Engineer will support the business operation in the assigned areas.

Main responsibilities include:

• Manage sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with Customer Service Area manager, regional colleagues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate the internal processes (involving engineering / operations) to manage end to end CS projects, from offer to order and delivery to customer;
• Assure project margin results along execution process and keep aligned communication both on customers and internal stakeholders;
• Promote and develop continuous improvement process inside Customer Service department.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent)
• At least 2-3 years in Sales roles
• Understanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery (preferred);
• Passion and curiosity for technical topics;
• Customer orientation and customer service mindset;
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• English proficiency; knowing other languages will be considered as a plus.

Our offer

• Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 39000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
• A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
• The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
