Job summary

Westlake Epoxy, part of the Westlake family, is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary 12-month position.

You will manage the entire order process, build relationships across channels, coordinate with plants for on-time shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and master data maintenance while collaborating with Finance and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an administrative/commercial field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Proficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); experience with SAP is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, digital systems).
• Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction.
• Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The gross annual salary for this temporary 12-month position is in the range of €28,000 to €33,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
