Jil Sander is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join its Customer Service team in Milan on a maternity cover basis. The selected candidate will support the team in managing customer orders and relations, gaining first-hand experience in the world of luxury fashion retail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full management of customer master data and orders: handling modifications, monitoring goods in production, verifying payment methods, and releasing pickings for warehouse shipments;
  • Direct communication with clients regarding orders, timelines, and issues, including managing complaints and non-conformities;
  • Support in preparing commercial reports and documentation;
  • Collaboration with other departments (Sales / Credit / Logistics) to ensure efficient and timely customer service.
Requirements
