Schneider Electric is seeking a Manager, Customer Experience to lead journey mapping and drive improvements across the global Cooling business. You will coach teams to embed customer-centric thinking in every decision and manage escalations with speed and professionalism.

You will monitor satisfaction across touchpoints, address root causes of detractors, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Quality, Customer Experience, Engineering or Manufacturing.
• Strong ability to drive customer-centric improvements across functions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Monitor customer experience satisfaction across touchpoints for the Cooling business.
• Identify root causes of customer detractors and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Commercial, LOB, Global Marketing, and Operations to implement actions.
• Share performance insights with stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Drive prevention by resolving escalated cases with internal teams.
