Msx International in Monza, Lombardy, seeks a CE Coach & Consultant to monitor tool adoption, train the Sales and Service network, and analyze CE performance for action-oriented improvements across the network.

You will design trainings, deliver coaching sessions, and create insightful CE reports guiding enhancements. This role blends advisory work, hands-on support, and people development with national travel.

Competenze

• University degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel nationally.

Mansioni

• Prepare CE reports and analyses.
• Draft and manage communications to sales and service networks.
• Create CE-focused PowerPoint presentations.
• Support CE analysis and incentive design.
• Design, manage and deliver CE coaching sessions (webinars).
• Provide hands-on support for new CE projects and tools.
• Develop and deliver CE training modules for field staff and network.
• Deliver classroom-based soft skills training.
• Conduct potential and gap analyses.
• Leverage knowledge of the automotive industry to drive CE impact.
