Msx International in Monza, Lombardy, seeks a CE Coach & Consultant to monitor tool adoption, train the Sales and Service network, and analyze CE performance for action-oriented improvements across the network.

You will design trainings, deliver coaching sessions, and create insightful CE reports guiding enhancements. This role blends advisory work, hands-on support, and people development with national travel.

Competenze

• University degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in data analysis and reporting.

In this role you will monitor and support the adoption of a new tool, coach the Sales area and related departments, and analyze Customer Experience (CE) performance. You will design trainings, deliver coaching sessions, and create insightful CE reports to guide improvements. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into action that elevates the customer journey across the network. This position combines hands-on support, advisory work, and people development to drive CE impact at scale.

• Prepare CE-related reports and analyses
• Draft and manage official communications to sales and service networks
• Create and deliver CE-focused PowerPoint presentations
• Support CE in analysis and design of incentive schemes
• Design, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE topics
• Provide hands-on support for new projects and tools in Sales and Service
• Develop and deliver training modules for internal field staff and network on CE topics
• Deliver classroom-based behavioural training on soft skills
• Conduct potential and gap analyses
• Advanced knowledge of the automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate qualitative KPIs and translate insights into action plans
• Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visual Analytics tools, and database querying
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and define effective solutions
• University degree
• Good command of English and Italian
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles
