Job summary

Eurovetrocap is expanding its Customer Care Team in Trezzano sul Naviglio. The role focuses on developing customer relationships in the cosmetics packaging sector, entering orders, and tracking them through shipment. You will collaborate across functions while ensuring compliance with directives and internal policies.

The position is a permanent contract with hybrid work (on-site five days with two remote days) and benefits including meal vouchers and parking. Fluency in French is required.

For our Customer Care Team, we are looking for a candidate who will have the opportunity to support us in developing customer relationships in the international cosmetic packaging and perfumery sectors.

Purpose of the position:

• Develop and manage ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction

• Follow up on order management through to shipment

Work location and hours

The company headquarters are located at Via Mario Pagano 59, Trezzano sul Naviglio. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour break.
