Job summary

Siemens seeks a Customer Success Adoption Analyst to drive adoption of SaaS solutions for power distribution and grid management. You will analyze processes, redesign workflows, and coordinate change management with customers and CSMs to accelerate value realization.

Expect a hybrid work model with a focus on enabling sustainable progress. The Total Target Cash range is €55,000–€67,000 annually, with offer based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years in Business Analysis, Customer Success, Adoption, or Change Management, ideally in energy/SaaS.
• Strong grasp of distribution grid operations and IT/OT landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future-state workflows, aligning with objectives and best practices.
• Develop change management strategies to boost user adoption and reduce resistance.
• Create and execute adoption KPIs and outcome metrics with customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and account teams to maximize ROI.
• Provide Hypercare support post-deployment and monitor adoption trends.
