Sonoco is seeking a CTS Engineer to deliver technical support on seaming and capping equipment at customer sites and manufacturing plants. The role covers installation, line validation, troubleshooting and process improvements, with strong emphasis on safety, documentation and customer satisfaction.
You will conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting, prepare reports, and collaborate with production teams and CTS colleagues to optimize equipment performance and quality while maintaining high
Competenze
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
- Experience with seaming and/or capping equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience working with customers is an advantage.
Mansioni
- Maintain, overhaul and repair seaming and capping equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and manufacturing sites.
- Perform equipment installation support, line validation and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot at customer sites and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports and service documentation.
- Deliver on-site or remote technical support.
