Dentons is seeking an Associate for Project, Energy & Infrastructure, based in Milan. You will support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions and gain 360-degree exposure in a fast-growing Banking & Finance team within an international setting.

The role offers structured training, access to a proprietary AI tool, and a clear career path as you contribute to project financing, M&A and development activities while drafting and negotiating key contracts.

Competenze

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110 and upcoming/obtained Italy practicing license.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Project, Energy & Infrastructure in a law firm.
• High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.

In this role you will support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions from Milan, spanning project financing, M&A, development, contracts and due diligence. You will join a fast-growing Banking & Finance team of industry-specialized lawyers, gaining 360-degree experience in a cross-border, international context. The position offers structured training, exposure to top transactions and a chance to contribute to a leading, polycentric firm.
