Dentons Italy is seeking an Associate in Milan to join its Project, Energy and Infrastructure team within Banking and Finance. You will work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions across energy and infrastructure, spanning project financing, M&A, development, contracts, and due diligence.

The successful candidate will have an Italian law degree (105/110), a current license to practice in Italy, 0–3 years PQE in this field, and strong English skills (C1).

Competenze

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy Infrastructure field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
• Global mindset and enthusiasm.
• Able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow with us.
