Job summary

Satispay is seeking a CRM Manager B2C to build and enhance automated journeys that engage 6 million users. You’ll own lifecycle campaigns, retention and conversion efforts, collaborating with Product Marketing, Product, Legal and Data.

You’ll start hands-on and progress toward shaping the strategy, potentially focusing on a product area over time. You will report to the Lead of the B2C CRM team and drive strategy, campaigns, and performance across channels with an emphasis on data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with ~5 years of hands-on CRM campaign experience.
• Experience designing, managing and optimizing lifecycle programs and automated journeys.
• Background in fintech, banking or digital B2C apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & OKRs: design lifecycle and campaign strategies aligned to OKRs.
• Campaign setup: build and run automated journeys across channels with segmentation.
• Project management: lead cross-team requirements and compliant communications.
• Performance & KPIs: define KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze results and optimize.
• Optimization: review processes, propose improvements and leverage CRM releases.
• AI-driven innovation: use AI to improve campaigns and scale ideas.
