PRAXI S.p.A. seeks a Product Manager/Owner for CPQ to drive the product vision and roadmap, connect Sales, Engineering and IT, and optimize configure–price–quote workflows.

You will lead workshops, manage the backlog, and oversee releases, with two remote CPQ resources under your supervision. The role requires strong CPQ experience and fluency in English and Italian, with one day of smart working per week and a base in Padova, Italy.

Competenze

• Must have proven experience as Product Manager/Owner or Business Systems Lead in a CPQ or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of Configure–Price–Quote processes and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.

You will own the evolution of the CPQ platform, connecting Sales, Engineering and IT to optimize configuration, pricing and quoting processes.

Main activities

• Define and drive the CPQ product vision, roadmap and development priorities;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into functional solutions;
• Act as the key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Operations and IT teams;
• Improve quote-to-cash processes, increasing efficiency and reducing configuration and pricing errors;
• Lead workshops and requirement-gathering activities with internal stakeholders;
• Oversee testing, release management and user adoption of new CPQ features;
• Manage two internal technical CPQ resources in a remote setup;
• Act as the internal CPQ subject matter expert, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must have

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Systems Lead in a CPQ or related environment;
• Strong knowledge of Configure–Price–Quote processes, product configuration logic and quote-to-cash workflows;
• Professional proficiency in both English and Italian.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ platforms such as Configure One, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ or similar;
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products or mechanical engineering environments;
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and pricing system integrations;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and backlog management.

One day of smart working per week.

Salary range

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000 – €60,000, based on experience and qualifications.
