PRAXI S.p.A. seeks a Product Manager/Owner for CPQ to drive the product vision and roadmap, connect Sales, Engineering and IT, and optimize configure–price–quote workflows.

You will lead workshops, manage the backlog, and oversee releases, with two remote CPQ resources under your supervision. The role requires strong CPQ experience and fluency in English and Italian, with one day of smart working per week and a base in Padova, Italy.

Competenze

• Must have proven experience as Product Manager/Owner or Business Systems Lead in a CPQ or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of Configure–Price–Quote processes and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the CPQ product vision, roadmap and development priorities.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into solutions.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Operations and IT teams.
• Improve quote-to-cash processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, release management and user adoption of CPQ features.
• Manage two internal CPQ resources in a remote setup.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in CPQ.
