W Executive Italy cerca un Country Manager per l'Italia, riportando al Managing Director Europe, con responsabilità sull'intera business italiana e mandato di guidare crescita e sviluppo organizzativo.

Compito comprendente definizione strategica, gestione di P&L, sviluppo di nuovi mercati e stakeholder, coordinando Sales, Operations, Finance, HR e Technical; esperienza in contesti industriali B2B e M&A è preferibile.

Competenze

• Esperienza comprovata in General/Country Management o ruoli equivalenti.
• Preferibilmente provenienza da aziende industriali B2B.
• Esperienza con piena ownership di P&L.
• Ottime capacità di leadership e sviluppo di team.
• Inglese fluente; spagnolo è un plus.

• Definire e implementare il piano strategico di crescita medio‑lungo termine per il business italiano.
• Assumersi la piena responsabilità del P&L e raggiungimento di target economici e finanziari.
• Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business, mercati e clienti strategici.

Client Description

For our client, a leading multinational company in the field of specialized industrial services, we are looking for a Country Manager - Italy.

The company is an international player in B2B industrial technical services, with a well‑established presence in the market and an offering aimed at leading industrial clients. Growth is driven by business development, geographical expansion and the integration of new companies into the Group.

Position

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director Europe and will have overall responsibility for managing the Italian business, with a mandate to drive growth and organizational development.

The candidate will also be responsible for defining and implementing the Italian strategy, managing the P&L and developing the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the medium- to long-term strategic growth plan for the Italian business.
• Have full responsibility for the P&L, ensuring the achievement of economic and financial targets.
• Develop new business opportunities, markets and strategic customers.
• Manage and develop key commercial stakeholders and key customers.
• Lead the organizational transformation process, fostering greater autonomy and accountability among managers.
• Develop a scalable organizational structure through the growth of people and internal leadership.
• Coordinate the heads of the main business functions (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Technical).
• Identify growth opportunities through acquisitions and support post‑acquisition integration processes.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, operational efficiency and market development targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in General Management, Country Management, Managing Director roles or equivalent positions of responsibility.
• Preferably from B2B industrial companies, technical services, engineering, maintenance, automation, equipment or complex industrial environments.
• Experience with full P&L ownership.
• Strong experience in managing and developing management teams.
• Strong business growth orientation and ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Experience managing multi‑site organizations and complex structures.
• Ability to lead organizational change and build a culture focused on autonomy and performance.
• Experience in M&A transactions, business integration or the opening of new locations is a plus.
• Excellent decision‑making, leadership and strategic vision.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Additional Information:

Compensation package: Start from €120,000 gross annual salary, company car, MBO and benefits.
