Satispay S.p.A. is seeking a Country Manager - Business Account to drive growth strategy and P&L for our Business clients ecosystem in Italy. You will own the vertical's success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and other teams to accelerate user acquisition, ensure regulatory compliance, and build scalable sales and customer operations. This role offers ownership, impact, and a path to significant responsibility.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years of leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility, ideally in scale-ups or B2B tech (Fintech, SaaS, transactional platforms).
• Track record in launching or scaling Business solutions or complex corporate financial services is a strong plus.
• Sales & Customer Operations expertise with CRM systems and workflow optimization.
• Matrix mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams with/without direct reporting lines.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing financial and payment industries.

What you'll be doing

As our Country Manager - Business Account, you will be the key driver for the growth, strategy, and overall success of our Business clients ecosystem. You will hold full strategic and operational (P&L) responsibility for this vertical line of business, operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive Strategy and P&L - Own the growth strategy and execution for the Business Account segment, ensuring the achievement of financial and business milestones;

• Lead Sales Operations - Build, manage, motivate, and scale our commercial network

• Collaborate in a Matrix Structure - Work closely with Product, Growth, and other teams to shape the product roadmap and go to market to accelerate user acquisition;

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Oversee the regulatory framework of the business line, making sure all activities, features, and new launches comply with current financial regulations.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Seniority as a CM / Line Manager - 5-8+ years of experience in leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility, ideally within scale-ups or B2B tech companies (e.g., Fintech, SaaS, transactional platforms);

• Track record in launching B2B Products - Having previously launched or scaled Business solutions or complex corporate financial services is considered a strong plus;

• Sales & Customer Operations Expertise - Proven experience in building and structuring sales teams and Customer Service operations, with an analytical focus on CRM systems and workflow optimization;

• Matrix Mindset & Collaborative Attitude - Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Growth) with and without direct hierarchical reporting lines;

• Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory dynamics governing the financial and payment industries.

Initial salary:

Starting from €120,000.00 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
