Fidia Farmaceutici is seeking a Formulation Development Coordinator & Project Leader to supervise the design and development of semi-solid and liquid formulations for topical, ophthalmic, or injectable use. You will lead a team, ensure technical consistency, and drive transfer to pilot scale.

The role requires a Pharmacy or Chemistry degree with 5 years in cosmetics/medicinal product formulation, plus 2 years as a project leader and strong knowledge of EC 1223/2009.

Competenze

• Five years' experience in the formulation development of cosmetics, medical devices and/or medicinal products in semi-solid and liquid dosage forms.
• Two years' experience in the design and development of cosmetics and food supplements as a project leader.
• Advanced knowledge of cosmetic design and development per Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and amendments.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise formulation development for semi-solid and liquid dosage forms for topical, ophthalmic or injectable use.
• Lead project teams for cosmetics and food supplements, coordinating with external CDMO/CRO as needed.
• Act as primary technical reference for formulation development activities and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee technology transfer from lab to pilot scale and pre-industrial development.
• Prepare design inputs, development plans, product specs and stability plans for outsourced projects.
• Support patent applications and participate in product launch kick-off meetings.
