Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation to be the expert for the Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform.

You will define technical solutions that protect customer business imperatives and evangelize our Security Intelligence and Automation offerings across XDR, SOAR and Incident Response. You will collaborate with account teams, present to customers at all levels, and lead PoV projects to secure technical wins while aligning

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering in SIEM/SOAR/SOC/XDR/EDR.
• IBM QRadar design, deployment or pre-sales experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills; proven SOC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to design customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present as an expert to customers across practitioner to senior leadership levels.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Cortex, assisting RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead customer demonstrations and PoV projects to enable technical wins.
• Discuss product alignment to customer requirements and differentiate Palo Alto Networks.
• Architect solutions to strengthen customers' security posture and value realization.
• Document high-level designs and key use cases for Cortex solutions.
