Talent Garden in Milan seeks a Senior Consultant for the Corporate Transformation B2B Team to own the delivery phase of learning programs and workshops. You will ensure data-informed execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in learning or consulting, strong facilitation skills, solid project management experience, and comfort with budgets and timelines. AI tools are welcome to optimize workflows.

• Ideally, 4+ years in learning, corporate training or consulting with hands-on design and facilitation experience.
• Proven track record designing workshops, training programs or learning events.
• Strong ability to facilitate sessions and lead groups using participatory methods.
• Solid project management experience with corporate clients and structured program delivery.

The role

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Corporate Transformation B2B Team in the role of Senior Consultant.

You will own the delivery phase, ensuring seamless and data-informed project execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the micro-design of workshops, learning programs and events, starting from the overall design defined by our Learning & Innovation Strategists during pre-sales: learning objectives, session flows, activities, materials and timing.
• Bring content, not just coordination: propose methods, exercises and cases tailored to each client’s context and goals.
• Facilitate sessions in person and online, leading the room with confidence, managing group dynamics and running collaborative formats, including with managerial audiences.
• Plan, manage and monitor project delivery, coordinating faculty, client agendas and key stakeholders.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment and proactively resolving project issues.
• Monitor progress against objectives, including project economics, and identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI.
• Oversee the operational aspects of delivery, such as logistics, platforms and learning tools.

About you

Ideally, you have at least 4 years of experience in learning, corporate training or consulting, including hands-on experience designing and facilitating learning experiences for corporate clients.

• You have designed workshops, training programs or learning events, and you can show concrete examples of your work.
• You are comfortable facilitating sessions and leading a group, working with participatory and collaborative methods and adapting in real time to the room.
• You bring solid project management experience in learning, education or innovation contexts, with exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with financial discipline.
• You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work to support planning, information synthesis, coordination and execution.
• You have a solid understanding of, and genuine interest in, AI and its business applications, and you would feel comfortable navigating AI-related conversations.
• You demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both participants and senior stakeholders.
• You show resilience, organisation and accountability in fast-paced environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
• You have native-level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
• You are either based in Milan or can easily reach it.

Salary

The salary range for this position is from 36.000,00 to 40.000,00€ gross per year plus 1.000,00€ of welfare on top and 5,29€ meal voucher per worked day.
