Sofidel S.P.A. is seeking a SAP ABAP developer to join its IT team in Italy. You will develop IT flows, maintain the SAP SD/ABAP modules, and ensure data protection compliance while contributing to ongoing IT innovation.

The role offers a full-time contract within a multinational group, with opportunities for professional growth, teamwork, and the Sofidel Language Learning Programme. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience with SAP in structured companies, with solid ABAP knowledge.
• Graduated or about to graduate in IT/CS or equivalent.
• Good English reading and speaking skills.

PURPOSE

To develop and implement the relevant application software needed to achieve the strategic objectives of the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops the IT flows required by business needs


• Participates in the maintenance of the SD Sap module


• Acts in compliance with data protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies


• Contributes to satisfying the continuing need for IT innovation and development


• Promotes a corporate culture based on safety

Requirements For The Application

• You are going to graduate or you have just graduated in Information Technologies, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent studies, or you have a technical high school diploma


• You have at least 2 years of experience working with SAP in structured companies, with a solid knowledge of ABAP (beyond purely functional usage)


• You have a good level of English knowledge (especially reading and speaking)You are prone to work both independently and as part of a team


• You are keen on learning and have a positive attitude towards change and frequently evolving tasks


• You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative mindset

Our Approach To Compensation

We are committed to offering a fair and transparent compensation approach. This role sits within a gross annual salary range of € 35.000 - 40.000, defined based on internal equity and external market benchmarks. The final offer will be tailored, reflecting the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and overall contribution to the role.
