Comer Industries in Reggiolo, Italy, seeks a Corporate Communication, Events and Training Intern to join the Brand & Integration Area. The role supports content planning, events, training programs and corporate communications.

You will help manage social media content, coordinate with external agencies, assist with the corporate website, and prepare training materials and KPI reports. Some travel within Italy and abroad is expected.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Web Marketing, Digital Communication or related field (or a bachelor’s with relevant postgraduate qualification).
• Proactive and creative with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.

Mansioni

• Managing and developing content strategies for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Liaising with external agencies to publish articles and news across channels.

Position

We are looking for a Corporate Communication, Events and Training Intern to join our Brand & Integration Area.

The intern will support the team in the following activities:

• Managing and developing content strategies for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube;
• Liaising with external agencies to support the publication of articles and news across traditional and digital channels;
• Supporting the management and update of the corporate website;
• Collecting information and drafting editorial and promotional content for the company intranet, covering success stories, best practices, corporate events, awards and organizational changes;
• Supporting the organization of corporate events, meetings and employee engagement initiatives;
• Supporting the organization of fairs, exhibitions, and events involving customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders;
• Assisting with the logistical and organizational planning of internal and external events, including supplier and venue research, event set-up, coordination with speakers and the purchase and worldwide distribution of corporate gifts;
• Preparing and designing communication materials, logos and corporate presentations;
• Preparing reports and analyses on social media communication activities and monitoring analytics to assess content performance across different target audiences;
• Supporting the Corporate Academy in the preparation of training plans for Group employees;
• Assisting with course administration and classroom preparation for employee training sessions;
• Preparing reports to monitor training KPIs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Web Marketing, Digital Communication or a related field. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree combined with a relevant postgraduate qualification;
• Proactive and creative approach;
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of the main communication channels and digital tools;
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in English;
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
