Toyota Kreditbank is seeking a Specialist (m/f/d) Application Management to help modernize our core application landscape by replacing legacy systems and implementing a new core banking platform. You will capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and system configurations.

Collaborating with business units and external software partners, you will prioritize initiatives, support releases, testing, and continuous improvement while ensuring audit-compliant operations.

Competenze

• Degree or vocational training in computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in application management, requirements engineering, product ownership, business analysis, or IT projects.
• Ability to structure and translate requirements into actionable system/configuration specifications.
• Knowledge of financial services, leasing, core banking systems, or regulated IT environments is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with business units, IT teams, and external providers.
• Motivation to replace legacy systems and shape modern applications.
• Fluency in German and English.
