Location: Milan

Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

We need an experienced nurse to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.

What You’ll Do

• Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
• Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
• Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost‑effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
• Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.

About You

• Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date with new technology
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required.
