SOS International in Milan is looking for an experienced Coordinating Nurse to provide medical guidance and ensure safe, cost-effective solutions for travelers. You will manage medical cases and coordinate care while collaborating with a global team.

The ideal candidate has acute, emergency, or intensive care experience and is fluent in Italian, French, and English. This position offers a supportive culture and career growth opportunities.

Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday

We need an experienced nurse like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.

What You’ll Do:

• Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad–assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
• Coordinatecareandtransport–workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
• Guidepatientsandclients–ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
• Collaborateglobally–liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.

About You:
