Moncler Group seeks a motivated Controller to join the Logistics Controlling Department at our Milan headquarters. You will optimize costs, analyze data, and drive process improvements to support efficiency and service excellence.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics controlling, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in Italian and English. We offer a competitive package and a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics controlling, supply chain, or financial analysis.

• Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and business objectives.

Overview

For our Worldwide Finance & Control function, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join the Logistics Controlling Department at our Headquarters in Milan

Your Impact

The Logistic Controller will optimize logistics performance through cost control, data analysis, and process improvement, supporting business efficiency and service excellence.

In particular, the Controller will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and controlling logistics costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and business objectives.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Contributing to monthly closing activities and ensuring the accuracy of logistics-related financial reporting.
• Developing and maintaining logistics KPIs and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:
