WSP Italy is seeking a Control Room Assistant to support monitoring, coordination and documentation at JRC Ispra. The role operates in a structured, safety-focused environment where accurate information management is essential.

You will collaborate with maintenance teams and site stakeholders, bringing reliability, attention to detail and procedural discipline to daily operations. The position is on-site for a 12-month contract, with local benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Competenze

A high school diploma is required; a degree is not required for this role.
Experience in operational, administrative or coordination activities in regulated environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital management systems for record updates.
Clear communication, accuracy, reliability and ability to follow procedures in a technical setting.

Mansioni

Operational monitoring: support monitoring of plant and infrastructure conditions.
Control room information and records: record, update and route operational data.
Maintenance and activity coordination: assist in communication and documentation checks.
Site procedures and emergency support: follow HSE and emergency procedures; liaise with field teams.
