WSP in Italia seeks a Control Room Assistant at JRC Ispra to support operational monitoring, coordination and documentation in a regulated environment.

You will help manage information, events and requests in a safety-focused setting, coordinating with facility teams and contractors. A high school diploma is sufficient; prior coordination experience and strong Microsoft Office skills are desirable for this 12-month, on-site role.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred; degree not required.
• Experience in operational, administrative or coordination activities in industrial or regulated environments.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital management systems; accurate data handling.
• English knowledge is advantageous; exposure to supervision systems, dispatching, control rooms, HSE or plant monitoring.
• Accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, organization, and clear communication in multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Monitor plant and infrastructure conditions through supervision systems and records.
• Receive, record, update and route operational information including reports and logs.
• Support planned and corrective maintenance through coordination and documentation checks.
• Support communication between Control Room and field teams and follow site HSE procedures.
