Overview

The Contract Logistics Solution Design Engineer identifies and develops comprehensive solutions aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of the tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty;
verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and/or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the best expected profitability in compliance with company policies;
discuss existing processes with figures belonging to the Operations area;
discuss with other company functions to confirm/request costs for services/tools necessary for the development of the offer;
develop the technical/commercial offer using specific Geodis tools;
summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.
