Salt is seeking a highly organised Content Manager to drive a busy content and production function. This role thrives in creative environments, balancing storytelling with structure, planning, and cross-team coordination.

You will oversee interviews, livestreams, and on-set productions, coordinating talent, locations, filming, editing, and publishing while exploring AI-powered workflows to boost creativity.

Responsibilities

• No two days will look the same.
• Interviewing a musician about their creative journey.
• Livestreaming from a studio session.
• Documenting an engineer bringing a new idea to life.
• Discovering authentic stories across the brands.
• Creating content from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Producing short-form videos, livestreams, interviews, documentaries and social content.
• Building relationships with creators, artists, customers and internal teams.
• Hosting, presenting or participating in video and livestream content.
• Supporting filming, editing, production and publishing activities.
• Managing multiple content projects and production schedules.
• Coordinating talent, contributors, locations and logistics.
• Exploring AI tools to enhance creativity and content creation workflows.
